Yes. We use genuine natural gemstone beads. Because they are natural, no two beads are exactly alike in colour or pattern.
In the DIY designer, the size reading above the stage updates as you add beads. A wrist of about 15–16 cm is typical for an adult; aim slightly snug if you plan to wear charms.
Yes. Sign in and tap Save in the designer. Your work is kept in My Account → My Drafts, where you can reopen and edit it any time.
We accept all major cards through Stripe, plus PayPal. All payments are processed securely online.
Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Standard international delivery usually takes 7–15 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once shipped.
Unworn items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days. DIY pieces made to your own spec are custom-made and non-returnable unless damaged in transit.
